One of our recent projects in collaboration with Octavo.education. The website has been getting a facelift. From the content to the visual experience. X or X Creative was onboarded to work hand in hand with the team and bring their design requirements to life.
This leg of the project included a new hero banner for the homepage, three custom illustrations for the Publisher’s section on the website, and the design and styling of a custom set of icons that can be seen used throughout the site.
Illustrations
The sketches, process, and final render of three illustrations made specifically for the Publisher’s section on the website, explaining how Octavo can assist.
Icons
Informative and a little playful, this set of icons with their vibrant use of the brand colours have been custom made for Octavo.education; honouring the successful brainchild of a passionate group of people.
Hero Banner Photography
The creation of custom photography for the project was a change of scope that served the Octavo brand far better than the original scope to source a stock photo for the hero banner. Styled, photographed, and edited by xorx creative, a few custom photographs were created for Octavo’s homepage banner as well as other marketing material. Only one is displayed here.
